I do entertain requests for book reviews from authors; however, my TBR list is unbelievably long at the moment, so am very selective about which books I add to it. I’m also not a fan of all genres*, so please don’t be offended if I turn you down or don’t respond (I get a lot of requests!). It isn’t personal. Finally, I always provide an honest opinion about books I read, even when the review is personally requested. THANK YOU!

*Genres I do not prefer/do not read: Erotica, Smut, Steamy Romance (at least books were the “steam” is the focus of the story), poetry, high fantasy, dystopian, cozy mysteries, medical thrillers, political thrillers, memoirs.
*Genres I prefer to read: Children’s books, middle grade books, young adult, new adult, historical fiction, clean romance, thrillers, suspense, mystery, Christian, and gothic horror/gothic romance (traditional definition). I also ready history and non-fiction from time to time if the topic interests me.
