October 2020 Reading Wrap-up! #BookBlog #BookReview #WrapUp

I haven’t done a monthly wrap-up since June! I fell into a weird reading slump practically all summer. I was reading a book here or there, but I was certainly off my normal pace by quite a bit. I finally feel like I got back into the swing of things in October and I am so excited to be reading again! I’m also ecstatic to report that 12 out of the 14 books I read this month were NetGalley ARCs so I am getting caught up on some of my backlog! I am still behind on posting some of my reviews, but hopefully I will catch up with those in the next week.

Now the details! Below you will find a summary of my October reading, upcoming books, and my reading stats so far this year.

  1. Don’t feel bad about your Summer reading slump, I was in one too. Not sure if its because of a change in weather and I’m in the house more, but I’m very ambitious about my reads these days. I have 7 I’m attempting to finish for November. The post for that will be up tomorrow afternoon if you’d like to check it out. Happy reading!

  2. I think life just changed so much and so fast this year that I just had to put the brakes on everything for a while. I needed to shut down and reboot so to speak. But I’m back on track now and enjoying reading again for sure.
